Lucia Mack is the Regional Vice President of Ohio Northeast for Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, leading real estate offices, managers and agents throughout Northeast Ohio. Her region covers Ashtabula, Geauga, Lake, Cuyahoga, Summit and Portage counties, giving her a broad perspective on real estate markets ranging from Cleveland-area suburbs and growing communities to rural properties, small towns and the Lake Erie shoreline.

With over 20 years of real estate experience, Lucia brings the perspective of someone who has built a successful sales business herself. Before moving into leadership, she became the #1 agent in her office by her second year in real estate. Today, she coaches and develops both new and experienced real estate agents in prospecting, listing development, negotiation, technology, marketing, business planning and building sustainable real estate careers.

Lucia's leadership has contributed to significant office growth, including three Howard Hanna Quantum Leap Awards: Brecksville in 2020, Solon in 2022 and Macedonia in 2024.
